Essentially plagiarized from the Tennis game included on the Magnavox Odyssey (the first home video game console), Pong makes a few adjustments to the back-and-forth paddle action, including a scorekeeper and variations in speed and angle.  Pong was the first hit video game, launching the entire industry, more or less

Tennis was inducted on March 12th, 2009.
