Super Pac-Man, the first official Pac-Man sequel from Namco, features several familiar elements from the original while introducing several new elements.  Instead of eating dozens of pellets to clear a screen, Pac-Man must eat a much smaller number of fruits, which can be accessed by eating keys.  In addition to the standard power pellets, there are super pellets that will transform Pac-Man into a gigantic, invincible, and unwieldy version of himself.  In Super Pac-Man form, our hero can eat right through the doors that hide the fruits.  Super Pac-Man also introduces bonus stages in which the player can add to his or her score without fear of dying.

Super Pac-Man was inducted on April 11th, 2009.
